Terms for using Shop Register.

Service

Shop Register provides retail record-tracking software. It is not bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, banking, lending, insurance, brokerage, investment, payment-processing or cryptocurrency software/service.

Your records

You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding how you use it. Register entries and exports are user-created records, not audited accounts, tax returns or professional accounting reports.

Trial and subscription

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. Continued access is $14.99 per month, month-to-month. Subscription payment is manual and user-initiated; the supplied service does not automatically debit a card or bank account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse another person's information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content or use the service for unlawful activity.

Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Users should export important records periodically for their own archive.

Service changes

Material changes to pricing or service scope should be disclosed before they take effect for a subscriber.
