Month-to-month cancellation terms.

Canceling

You may stop renewing the month-to-month subscription. Because payments are manual and user-initiated, there is no automatic debit to switch off. Contact support if you want your account marked canceled.

Refund requests

For a canceled paid monthly subscription, an approved refund is prorated for the unused portion of the current paid access period from the effective cancellation date, subject to applicable law. Duplicate or mistaken payments should also be reported promptly. The free trial has no charge to refund.

Data before cancellation

Export important register records before requesting account deletion or relying on an expired subscription.

How to request

Email Support@Track.records.ledger.us-eng.com from the email associated with your account and identify the subscription period concerned. Never send passwords or sensitive banking/authentication credentials.
