Information you provide

Signup information includes your name, shop name, email address and password. Passwords are stored as non-reversible hashes by the application. Shop-register data consists of the records you choose to enter, such as dates, record types, references, descriptions, optional amounts and notes.

Information not requested

The service does not require online-banking usernames/passwords, payment-card credentials for the free trial, private keys, cryptocurrency recovery phrases or one-time banking authentication codes.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, display and export their saved records, administer trial/subscription access, provide support, maintain service security and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Storage and security

Account and record data is stored on the hosting environment used for the application. Access controls, password hashing, session protections and server-side storage restrictions are used in the supplied application package. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

The public website package does not require advertising cookies. The authenticated application uses an essential session cookie to keep a signed-in user authenticated. See the Cookie Policy.

Advertising measurement

This delivered package contains no third-party advertising pixels, tag managers or analytics scripts. If measurement tools are later added, this policy and any required consent mechanism should be updated before deployment.
