What Shop Register does—and does not do.
This page is intentionally explicit so users and advertising/verification reviewers can understand the service without inference.
The service does not
- Provide bookkeeping, accounting or tax-preparation services
- Hold, receive, safeguard or transmit customer funds
- Open bank or payment accounts
- Provide loans, credit, insurance, brokerage or investment services
- Buy, sell, custody or recover cryptocurrency or digital assets
- Request bank-login credentials, seed/recovery phrases or one-time banking codes
- Process payments for the retail shop's customers
- Provide personalized financial, legal, investment or tax advice
Subscription payments are only software fees
Any payment made to the operator is solely for access to the Shop Register software subscription. Subscription payments are not customer deposits, remittances, investment contributions, trading balances or funds held for later transfer.
Independent identity
Independent retail record-tracking service. The word “ledger” in the website address is used in its ordinary record-register sense. This service is not affiliated with any cryptocurrency hardware-wallet, exchange, banking, or similarly named brand.
Advertising verification
Advertising-platform verification is separate from the product's service scope. If Google or its verification partner requires verification for a targeted location or audience, the advertiser should complete that process using business information that exactly matches this website and the advertiser's supporting documents.
